Just got done smashin back. Actually tried to log all my lifts tonight but for some reason everytime I let my phone sit for more than a minute or two it deleted my notes...ghey. It went something like this though
V bar low row SS with st bar press down using a lat pull down bar for a wider grip (not sure what these are really called)
Cross cable pull dowm SS with stretchers
MD DB pull overs
Behind the head pull downs-i use super light weight on these around 100 lbs and really stretch st the top.
Supported rows SS with lat pull downs.
Wheel of death 2 sets and threw in 2 sets of chin ups between those.
Getting ready to shower and hit the sack.
