    Legs have been the biggest improvement so far. I am very happy. Also I'm finally growing some lats. I've always been able to do high rep pullups and heavy lat pd's for reps but my wings have been hiding. Might be the high bf. Still sitting around 16-17%. I'm going for a gradual leaning out, no drastic cuts ever again

    Awesome. My focus is legs and back this summer for sure.

    NP brah. MM is crazy but it started giving me headaches and then a hard crash. I'm a 2 scoop enhanced and 2 scoop micro guy myself. Those are my top two overall favs. Both have excellent focus and endurance really shines with micro as well. I'm out ATM but when I get some in I can send you a few scoops to try bud.

    Had to pull out the straps for the last sets of shrugs. Killed it on the last set, hit 28 straight then dug in for two more. Bis are screaming right now. I prefer form and contraction for curls so if my numbers don't impress you I don't care. All in all a great workout. Now rest tomorrow!

    Its the studied dose IIRC. Regardless most people suggest 2-5g (leaning towards 5 as opposed to 2) so 6 isn't really a big deal.

    Had to pull out the straps for the last sets of shrugs. Killed it on the last set, hit 28 straight then dug in for two more. Bis are screaming right now. I prefer form and contraction for curls so if my numbers don't impress you I don't care. All in all a great workout. Now rest tomorrow!
