    It's taken me almost 5 months to find a hill in Longmont. You'd think this close to the Rockies there'd be some, but you have to get right up to them.

    It's incredibly obvious my shoulders are weak, but I look forward to the carry over on my bench press and stronger/healthier shoulders overall.

    On the stair stepper for a bit as the crossfitters are running around the parking lot where I prowl. Edit: 19.5 minutes on stair stepper until I fell off of it. **** me

    Where do you train in Longmont? I have a buddy that lives there, and I've hit the Longmont Athletic Club with him a few times.

    1) I'm from Kansas City and grew up on good BBQ. Unfortunetly this is the only place with decent ribs. However, those sweet potatoes are incredible. Sliced up and pan fried in a crap load of grease and sprinkled with cinnamon.

    2) Double click the video clip itself while you're in the edit screen and you can secure the sound

    3) I like watching the girls run.

    4) I put up 200x1 back in January and 185x a lot more than I can do now. I've had an off and on shoulder issue up until recently. Now it's feeling stronger and zero pain whatsoever. Baby steps..or bitch steps, whatever you want to call it.

    My gym is awesome and they have the ad-free version of Padora on a laptop they hook up to surround sound. Or you can put your own iPod in. No one cares

    **** iPhones. I used to upload from the phones photo app. Now it doesn't let me login to YouTube from it. So I had to download the YouTube uploader and logged into google+ w/e and that worked but it wont let me view it on YouTube from my phone. wtf

    Speaking of BBQ, I just went to the best place in the Pgh area. The cook asks this dude "Are you seriously going to eat three racks of ribs?" And dude's like, "Um, yeah."

    I look over to see who's attempting this legendary feat and it turns out it's the World Record holder in the squat and total 220# drug tested raw with wraps. He goes 700/460/710 in different meets. I watched him just miss 500 on bench two weeks ago. Nice guy, huge AND shreddededded and he's only like 25yrs old.

    and 3 slabs of ribs was his secret. I call BS, I've eatin 2 slabs and over a lb of brisket in one stting and I don't squat 700lbs

    Hahaha. Agreed. I've eaten vast quantities, and my squat has only gone up marginally. I saw a facebook video today of him trying on a bench shirt for the first time. 655. I don't think the ribs were a secret, I think they were just a step in the right direction. Lol.

    It did it a while ago with the google+ change but it worked again. Now no more. Finally figured out how to cancel google+ by watching some 13 year old nerd on YouTube but still no joy. Google capture app works, but you can only view the vids from a PC then.

    Yeah, I like it. It's different. I wish they still had cope black. Smelled like death, but tasted good. I usually go with Cope silver lid, though. Otherwise my boss calls me a puss c. He's the old-timey throw in a dip, never spit, and throw in a little more every hour. And the dip is always the same size. God-damn.

    Haha I've done 3 USAPL meets locally. No issues for me personally. They are the only fed that has meets in my area.

    Im trying to shoot for a 1450-1500lb raw total in November if everything goes according to plan.

    Yeah Central PA. Probably at 275. I could probably cut down into 242 but Im afraid that I'd lose too much strength.
