Alright guys, here it is. I've had a few logs on here before, but this is going to be my home. I'm going to use it as an accountability thing as well as tracking for my progression. I will mention what supplements/AAS/reasearch drugs im using at all times, hopefully no ones offended by that :firedevil:
With my new job since i got laid off last september i've been traveling TONS and its not easy to eat clean and work out all of the time like i prefer to. I did take about a month and a half off, i tweaked my shoulder the second or third week of feb, and considering it was my only good shoulder i decided to take it a little easy. i had to bail on some squats with a good bit of weight on it. my left hand didnt come off the bar quick enough and it over stretched everything in the front of my rotator cuff. i was scared sh*tless to say the least.
Tonight was my first night back. should have weighed in, i'll do it tomorrow. im sitting at roughly 17% body fat. yuck.
macros for the day- 200g protein, 120g carbs, 70g fat.
workout of the day- Shoulders-n-chest. pretty light with moderate volume since i havent been in in roughly 6 weeks
Shoulders
seated db press 5 sets 10 reps @50lbs
lateral raises 4 sets 10 reps @20lbs
rear flies 4 sets 10 reps 125lbs
hammer strength shoulder press 4 sets 10 reps 70lbs
Chest
Incline smith press 4x10x185
Hex press 2x10x50 2x8x50
cable x 4x10x30
20 minutes cardio
