Alright guys, here it is. I've had a few logs on here before, but this is going to be my home. I'm going to use it as an accountability thing as well as tracking for my progression. I will mention what supplements/AAS/reasearch drugs im using at all times, hopefully no ones offended by that :firedevil:

With my new job since i got laid off last september i've been traveling TONS and its not easy to eat clean and work out all of the time like i prefer to. I did take about a month and a half off, i tweaked my shoulder the second or third week of feb, and considering it was my only good shoulder i decided to take it a little easy. i had to bail on some squats with a good bit of weight on it. my left hand didnt come off the bar quick enough and it over stretched everything in the front of my rotator cuff. i was scared sh*tless to say the least.

Tonight was my first night back. should have weighed in, i'll do it tomorrow. im sitting at roughly 17% body fat. yuck.

macros for the day- 200g protein, 120g carbs, 70g fat.

workout of the day- Shoulders-n-chest. pretty light with moderate volume since i havent been in in roughly 6 weeks

Shoulders
seated db press 5 sets 10 reps @50lbs
lateral raises 4 sets 10 reps @20lbs
rear flies 4 sets 10 reps 125lbs
hammer strength shoulder press 4 sets 10 reps 70lbs

Chest
Incline smith press 4x10x185

cable x 4x10x30

20 minutes cardio

just finished up my lift. weighed in today. official starting weight 230 on the nut. i'm going to try like hell to recomp and maintain the same body weight. 230 and lean is a good look for me. thats where i was at at the end of my cycle last fall

for food so far today i've gotten in 2.5 whole eggs (yoke broke while seperating, i estimate about half made it in) 3.5 whites a 1/4cup dry steel cut oats and an apple pre work out. post 2 scoops of gaspari myo probiotic mixed in coconut water

the lift today was back.

bent over row 2x10x135 3x10x185
pull downs 5x10x100
db rows 5x8x80
hammer strength pull downs 4x10x90
rack pulls 4x8x225- i was super tired by the time i hit the rack pulls, i planned to do sets of 16. the first 5 were super easy then i just hit a wall
shrugs 3x12x90

20 minutes steady state cardio

thinking of playing around with some dpol, some pct revolution black if i can keep it up for a few weeks consistently. we'll see where my hormone levels are at after my drs appointment. depending on levels im just going to cruise at 125mg test/week and blast orals.

You said camel toe. Sweet.

No trt yet. Basically been waiting for insurance to kick in before I go. Getting test legally is way more expensive than ugl gear without insurance.

I haven't been able to. It's not something I can bring with me on my weekly flights to other states/countries. I was going to run cjc and ghrp indefinite and 30 on 30 off cycles of igf.

Hopefully *fingers crossed* I can find employment that will keep me from bouncing all over hell and back so I don't have to worry about transporting gear all over America Canada and the Middle East.


Update for the day and yesterday.

Yesterday I finished right at the 3k cal mark roughly 200p 300c and 90f.

Today was a shît show as far as diet was concerned. Woke up in buffalo and had to hurry home for an annual bow hunters association meeting followed by a trip to the watering hole to watch the horrible officiating give Michigan the trip to the NCAA championship. If I had to guess 150p 800000000000 billion carbs from a few drinks and maybe 50 fats.

Tomorrow will be bi's and tri's with some cardio and abs.

Ghrp 2 im assuming. I bought 6 on accident :/ hope the increase in hunger isnt severe. Im shooting for 16 weeks this go around.. maybe longer

Yeah it was going to be 2 for sure. I don't need anymore appetite I could crush 3k cals in one sitting. #fatass. I'm sure you'll be logging?

I'm pretty amped to say the least. I'm going to start looking at a few pm sponsors that sell protein when I run out. Pretty cheap and way less additives.

Lol at the skeet love in here. That graham cracker sounds awesome, too bad it's ON.... I mean the price it's a pretty clean quality profile and the price point/serving is solid. I just realized every flavor I ever tried I was moderately disappointed with, nor did it mix particularly well.

I'd def try some samples (I mean I'd even pay to try em) but I'll never commit to a tub again unless they change something. The first time I ever had Vanilla Gaspari Myofusion when I was still an ON kid I got so angry... I was like, "Why the f*@k didn't somebody tell me protein shakes don't have to suck?!"

Just popped the first tub of Cellucor stuff I've ever tried, price and profile remind me of ON's gold standard. Peanut Butter Marshmallow and it is super legit, not too sweet just creamy and delightful.

You like gaspari over ON? I'm kinda shocked. I use myo typically due to it being cheaper. That's really it. Taste wise bsn is top notch. Too bad it's like 6g of fat and has a ton of carbs. Peanutbutter marshmallow does sound pretty amazing... That'd be worth a go.

Actually that is misleading. I haven't used Gaspari in forever, I started trying all the myo flavors and realized Vanilla is easily the best, and Cinnamon roll is suprisingly great too. The rest are kinda blah. I've never really enjoyed a single strawberry protein from anyone tho, so I can't comment on there's cuz I'm biased.

BSN Syntha-6 is where it's at on a full bulk! But otherwise like you said it's trash for your diet. And BSN banana True Mass is the single most delicious protein beverage I've EVER consumed. I'm not playing. I'm not even big on banana.

I threw out 5 lbs of dymatize. Mixed and tasted like ass. I stay away from mass gainers but banana sounds delicious.

I don't usually do crazy flavored. I usually base my decision off of chocolate and vanilla. Their the easiest to mix with different varieties of food.

LOL Thunderbutt. love it. i've had it from totally changing my diet in the last few days.

speaking of which, looking at a minimum of 275p 275c 65f today for the macros. i cant eat low carb all the time and today was legs. needed it!

leg extensions- single leg superset with double leg
4x8x110 - 8 each leg then 8 with both legs. i rotated which leg i started with

seated leg curls on the hammer strength machine
4x25x90

standing calf raises on a machine supersetted. first minute of reps was a 5-0-5 rep count followed by 10 regular reps at the end
2x60 secondsx110

definitely noticed i took a few months off today. lactic acid was built up big time by the 3rd set of squats. i'm sure i'll be re inflated by the end of april and ready to get it hard by march.

I'll keep a gainer around as a meal replacement if the profile is good, but few are low-glycemic carbs so there's not many good options for that. True Mass is all simple carbs but you could justify it easy post workout. It really is best w/ milk tho. Most stuff I use water anymore.

lol im taking it easy right now my man. im keeping everything relatively light while i get back into things. once i get going again i'll be loading up on insane volume, i'll be adding more exercises and probably incorporate a little "fst7". i do a bit of a mix of high volume and HIT. it depends on my goals. i find i burn a lot more calories with volume over HIT so i feel high volume training is more beneficial towards my goals of a recomp as of right now. once i get down into lower bf % and decide to grow again i'll be going towards a more dc high intensity style training.

Today's an off day. kept with the about 250p 150-175c, and about 90f today. according to mfp its around 2800kcal.

ordered up some num nums. looking at something along the lines of

100mcg modGRF 3x a day
100mcg GHRP2 3x a day
ifg-des pwo, havent decided on doses i've heard the american made stuff is potent as hell so i'll ramp in slowly just to make sure i dont go hypo and keel over with out any insulin on hand. i'll be starting that at the end of the month.

depending on how i feel tomorrow itll either be shoulders and chest or another off day. it'll probably be shoulders and arms.

i figured out it wont be a big deal if i miss a week here and there on the peps due to travel for work so i figured f it. its time. might add some AAS on top of the peps, long esters like test e and tren e with a little mast e

Cougar climber!!! Lol that's great!! I had the teeny squat rack going, little girls doing box squats and Grinding their hips in yoga pants!!!

One time not that long ago I had been trying and trying to get this chick to go out w/ me; I could tell she was down just busy. So I end up asking if she'd like to hit the gym w/ me and boy I had her squatting and lunging and all this terrific stretching in yogapants and here I was in tank top doing bicep curls and giving instructions lol.... she loved that ish and so did I. We went out later that evening ;)

I'm jealous. I'm a sweaty pig at the gym. There's no way in hell I'd ever consider trying to Mack on some azz there.
