    hammer strength pull down-weight per hand

    bent over row

    hammer strength shrugs 6 plates total

    3 sets 12 reps 30 second rests

    seated military press
    2x15x95 2x12x115

    seated hammer strength shoulder press
    90 per side 3x10 1 minute rests

    rear delt flies
    4x15x110 45 sec rests

    20 minutes cardio


    i got a big nasty bump on my stomach from a pep shot yesterday. looks like a bug bite, its rock hard. thinking about poking it with a slin pin and seeing if i can pull anything out. i'll update on that tomorrow if i do. maybe ill take pictures of the fluid that comes out.

    I switched to IM injections, my belly fat has scar tissue already from jabbin it so much

    I'm only 300 below maintenance right now. I don't like going super low otherwise I tend to store calories

    It'll be gradual but 3 days of clean decently rounded meals already has the veins popping and skin screaming. Very tight.

    Honestly man I haven't really been more than a few hundred above maintenance or below for that matter since I started logging. Quite frankly a few hundred cals effects on strength should be negligible at best. IMO cycle your calories. Maintenance to slightly above on lift days and 2-400 below on off days

    Belts fitting pretty loose. :-D. That makes for a happy beast. Few steps away from shredded beast.


    3209 cals 293p 301c 93f so far. May eat again around 9:30. Probably just 2 scoops ON in 8oz almond breeze coconut milk. Good for about 300 cals 50p and maybe 15 or so carbs.

    Tomorrow will be chest shoulders and tris.
