    I seriously have no idea how you were able to walk after this! I only hit quads last night and had to sit in the press machine for a couple of mins before I could get up.. Great work bro!

    Nah just busting your chops. I'm dreading squats tomorrow because I feel like I strained my shin muscles or something from deads tuesday, I wish squats came earlier in the week... or never. why can't our legs just be naturally huge.
