    breezy's training, supplementation, and food log


    This log will primarily be used to keep track of my training, supplementation, and progress, but will offer some meal/recipe options as well. I'll try to keep up with posting my workouts daily and meals on a weekly basis.

    Current Goal
    Recomp transitioning into a cut.


    Current Training
    My current training is based on Mountain Dog Training (John Meadows). I only have 1.5 weeks left and am unsure what I'll be doing immediately following the end of the program.



    I should have today's workout and my current supplementation posted later tonight.

    Supplementation

    Test Powder: 2 scoops pre workout

    X-Factor: 8 gels (2g ArA) pre workout

    AnaBeta: 2 caps pre workout, 2 caps post workout

    PowerFULL: 3 caps pre bed

    -I started this last night, slept uninterrupted (usually get up around 3AM to use the bathroom), and woke up feeling great. I hope this continues.

    AP: 1 cap pre workout (fasted), 1 cap before post workout meal (breaking fast)

    GlycerGrow: 3 scoops pre workout

    ALCAR 500: 2g pre workout

    Enhanced: 2 scoops pre workout

    Super Cissus: 2 caps with each of my final 2 meals (away from ArA use)

    Modern BCAA+: 2 scoops pre workout, 1 scoop post workout

    Agmatine 500: 1 cap before a high carb meal (ran out today)


    This will remain the same on workout days for the time being. I'll note any changes made when they occur.

    Subd! Do u notice a big difference dosing ur ArA at 2g as opposed to 1g?

    Welcome! I wouldn't say a big difference. It's been a while since I've used 1g, but I remember it being effective as well.

    The majority of my stack consists of products I've had sitting in my stash for a while (didn't buy things specifically for this run). I have a bottle of ABE as well, but am saving it for when I start cutting.

    I'm curently in "phase 3" of my training, which consists of lower volume and high intensity. Today's workout was solid, and I was happy with what I accomplished. I was missing Versa-1 (first workout without it in 8 weeks), but still had good focus from Enhanced alone.


    DB Twist Press (2sec stretch at bottom/2sec squeeze at top)

    -used a 45lb plate for a slight incline


    Smith Incline Press (20lb bar resistance/ 75% lockout)
    160x25
    170x20

    drop 160x10 (when form started to break)
    drop 110x15 (wide grip)

    Free Motion Chest Press (2 sec stretch and squeeze/don't know weight used)
