Hey Breezy, have you made ice cream with 'Giant Sports Delicious' protein before? If so do you know which flavor. I have a line on some at a great price up here in Canada and my current stuff isn't making the best tasting ice cream. (Flavour available are chocolate, vanilla, pb choc, and cookies/cream)

Yeah, I can see some improvement as well. Hitting shoulders twice a week (heavy/pump) has helped picked up the pace.
Haha as long as I'm challenging myself and making progress I'm happy. Aesthetics are great, but they've never been the biggest motivating factor for me.

Flat DB Press
-I worked up until reaching a weight that would be a somewhat tough 8 reps and then did 3 sets (with that weight) for as many reps as possible without bad form.
Incline BB Press
-explode to ĺ lockout from ~1 inch above chest
-I worked up with sets of 6 until I could barely complete the set. Last 3 considered working sets.
Explosive BB Bench
-1 sec pause on chest before exploding to lockout
-went very well
-feet on 1í box/ hands on aerobic steps
-focused on keeping chin elevated and back straight while bringing chest to ground
DB Bent-Over Side Lateral
-great mind-muscle connection
DB Side Lateral
-concentrated on relaxing traps/back on both lateral exercises
-10lbs can feel pretty heavy when only using delts
Cage Press (explosive)
2 warm-up x5
-set pins to eye level to allow for more weight
-pressed straight up (didnít lean in at top) and reset between each rep
-explosiveness was great on all sets with 175 and a higher starting point

Nice Work bro! I've yet to go to a gym in the past few months where I can try the "cage press" It looks awesome (everywhere has squat racks, but no enclosed cages)! I will have to continue basking in jealousy until I find one...

My legs are in rough shape. DOMS wasnít too bad yesterday, but Iíve had a horrible time moving all day. Going down stairs is a huge process.
shoulder width grip
close grip (palms facing each other)
- sternum arched/lifted throughout
-stopped when form started to break
DB Dead-Stop Rows
-focused on driving elbows up
Hereís my last 3 sets. I moved my supporting hand to a higher level on the last 2 sets for increased stretch/ROM.
DB Pullover (lying on bench)
-1 sec pause/flex at top
