    Extreme Chest workout ideas


    OK so i want a workout to help me build a better overall chest, but with emphasis on upper chest
    So far ive got
    Incline Bench press
    Flat Bench Press
    DB Pullover?
    Flat Flyes
    Incline Flyes

    I agree with weighted dips. Also think about different variables to add to your exercise. Apply time under tension, drop sets, supersets, ect

    duhn. thats pretty much every plain of movement you can use on the pecs

    Take some ecstasy. Load two 45's on one side of the barbell, one 45 on the other side. Walk up to the biggest guy in the gym and tell him that his mother left her panties at your house. Walk swiftly back to your bench and proceed to bench press as you're rolling with an unbalanced bar while someone tries to beat the crap out of you. Intense.

    Seriously though, look up some of those things I mentioned in my previous post. Also is there any progression in your routine? Or do you just sling the same weight around every time.

    I find that one arm dumb bell chest press is a really strenuous on my chest, try those

    Incline or flat bench. Places a lot of stress because you have to work twice as hard to balance doing just one arm at a time
