Alright guys, Ive been busy lately setting up the new business and have been away from the boards alot. I want to get back in touch with all my friends on here and figgured this would be a great way to force me to get on here and check in daily.

So right now ~13 weeks out Im training for the Jay Cutler Classic May 5th in Boston MA should be a great comp much bigger then my last one. I have a great coach and we are about 1 week into prep diet and Im already leaning out.

So the diet....Carb cycling Ill be around 350g protein daily and around 50g fat heres the layout for the next few weeks of carbs

Sunday Monday Tuesday Wed Thursday Friday Saturday
Week 1 100g 100g 80g 400g 100g 80g 80g
Week 2 100g 80g 60g 400g 100g 80g 60g
Week 3 250g 100g 400g 100g 250g 100g 400g

The supps. Right now and throughout contest prep Ill be running alot of stuff by XCEL Sports nutrition

Im about 3 weeks into their PH Tren Savage
19norandrsendiol 80mgs a day
MSTEN 10mgs a day

Im bridging this into an EPI/DMZ/Furaza stack they have called Manifested

and Im running 4AD at 3 caps a day

200-400mgs caffeine

1g Agmatine
10g BCAA
35g Vitargo

Training is split like this
Chest/tris
Deadlifts/back/bis
Shoulders/traps
squats/legs
repeat till cns/neural fatigue

Cardio is everyday except squat day right now 20minutes intervals on the stepmill will adjust as I progress
Calves and abs are daily as well

295x1? :eyeroll: with 225x16 you got waaaaaay more in the tank than 225 bro. Probably closer to 350ish I know you're not a powerlifter and strength is irrelevant buuuuut I like to give credit where credit is do!

Haha thanks bro...i havent really lifted for 1rm especially on bench. But am starting too train in a lower rep range recently. Its weird 225 is light but 265 is heavy idk maybe a mental thing. I have AB helping me with some strength training right now so hopefully we will see some +300 bench soon.

Right now theres no special relationship with them. I still use 35g vitargo pre workout uncounted on the.layout so my workouts dont really suffer. Once it gets a lil closer and the cycle gets more intense then workouts and carb days with be assigned

I would focus the higher carb days on what you want to grow. In case you wanted input lol

I try to save my biggest days... squats or deadlifts for the highest carb days so im right there with ya brother. I dont have scheduled off days i take a day off when i feel any real fatigue so i can usually make it work

Was also reading that it can drastically increase protein synthesis. Xcel has it as a solo product

Ya it could be good. Trying to set it up nice as the comp will be at about the 8th week into it I believe. I will add some fat burners towards the end. Maybe AAV2, recompadrol (for high carb days), HT2, some reduce xt or lean extreme I dont know Ill add as needed once I get closer.

Off day today. Had a killer workout yesterday

Hit 365x3 for deadlifts from a 4" defecit was a PR +30lbs.
Wide grip barbell rows 225x8 also a PR

Bunch of other stuff Ill detail my workouts as they happen but Im feeling some serious fatigue today so Ill rest and hit it hard tomorw

Todays diet plan

Meal 1 8 egg whites p 64 protein: 309g
2 whole eggs c 27 carbs: 78g
1/2 cup of oats f 10 Fats: 52g

so did something to my shoulder in my sleep last night. Cant retract my shoulder blade on the left side effing pissed. So my options now are cut cycle short Hit PCT plus a few weeks off and jump back on again about 3 weeks out, or continue as planned and hit the stage about 8 weeks after this cycle ends.

Don't be afraid of a little ibuprofen either! My shoulder is a lot better after some heat/ice/ibuprofen.

heat and ice all day so far. feels a lil better its the weidest effing thing. cardio only tomorow then maybe legs again on wednesday. Depending on how it feels Im hoping its just a vicious knot from sleeping in a crazy position or something and will just work its way out
