Update: took 2 scoops of supp-d, 3 swoll-n caps, 6 t-blast caps, and last but not least half a vike for my torn muscle. Didn't want to take a full, but still was painful but the aggression from t-blast pushed me over the top.
Also took 3 caps of JMP for my joints and it seems to help my shoulder pain. Only time will tell

The pumps were amazing. On my first 2 sets on cables for my tri's I did supersets and the crushed my arms. I was swoll for sure.
Had pain in my back so not able to completly go nuts but I love the way I'm looking. And I'm up 5 lb while on T-blast hell yeah, a lot of food over the holliday but I will take it.

Wide Grip but 2 count pause on every rep!!!
5 count down- 2 count pause - explode 1/4 way up back down another 2 count pause then all the up to lock out with a 5 count up!!!
usually can only do like 3-5 reps depending on weight but will fry your chest!!!

Today was the best pump day, it gets better and better each day. I went high reps and lower weight to c the difference and **** its overwhelming for sure. NLA has me SFW, as my good buddy Jon says
