    Luckily my gym was open from noon till 5 pm today. Had to get in an hour and half workout to get ready for a true bulking meal tonight!

    T-blast is realy kicking in already but I'm actualy coming off another daa booster. Loven t-blast and wife is too as the libido jacked up now

    Was truly pumped today, ready for more. But now its shopping time with the wifey.

    On the other hand my main lifts are done for awhile according to my dr. He said I have a tear in my glut lol. I laugh but it hurts like a mother effer. Waiting on vikes and muscle relaxers now

    He still gave me the green light on all other lifts except deads, leg press, and squats. Skipped todays chest because of pain but tomorrow its on for sure.

  11. I ll go full force starting next week!!!! Last couple of holiday visits and dinners!! ugh, fun but killing me!! not at weight class right now... hahaha.. close thou.. in july i had to drop 22 lbs in 35 days to make weight.. getting too old for that!!!

    Hope your closer than 22 lbs from your desired weight class haha that would be tough for sure. Dedication!

    yeah, i have ran d-pol also...up until now it was the best daa based product i had ran. considering the boost in libido/energy/mood/appetite/motivation and even some strength gain i am sold on t-blast!!! and i am only on day 15. i think i am more surprised from the strength gain than anything since i take 2 packs androgel daily,[trt].

I have had the equivalent of shin splints in my forearms for awhile now because I have been preacher curling too heavy. Minus a couple days I have pretty much lifted for just a half hour every day for the past couple weeks. Needless to say I am all healed up now and looking to be 5' 10" 215 lb shredded up for the Los Angeles Fitness Expo January 19th!

    So that's what I feel in my arm.... Topsof forearm close to elbow? I got some clicks in the elbow too. That all started when I was getting heavy on preacher curls. I was hitting 70lbs ... But at the time my arms were exploding and I felt strong as hell didn't want to stop.

    Yeah I'm loven t-blast myself, I feel totaly different on it.

    Your on trt? I'm going to look up androgel havnt heard of it before.

  24. Update: took 2 scoops of supp-d, 3 swoll-n caps, 6 t-blast caps, and last but not least half a vike for my torn muscle. Didn't want to take a full, but still was painful but the aggression from t-blast pushed me over the top.

    Also took 3 caps of JMP for my joints and it seems to help my shoulder pain. Only time will tell

    Incline BB Bench:
    135x10
    225x10 these were warmups!

    335x1 I got the first rep myself and had someone help force out another.

    The pumps were amazing. On my first 2 sets on cables for my tri's I did supersets and the crushed my arms. I was swoll for sure.

    Had pain in my back so not able to completly go nuts but I love the way I'm looking. And I'm up 5 lb while on T-blast hell yeah, a lot of food over the holliday but I will take it.
