    Update: took 2 scoops of supp-d, 3 swoll-n caps, 6 t-blast caps, and last but not least half a vike for my torn muscle. Didn't want to take a full, but still was painful but the aggression from t-blast pushed me over the top.

    Also took 3 caps of JMP for my joints and it seems to help my shoulder pain. Only time will tell

    225x10 these were warmups!

    Flat BB Bench:
    225x10
    275x8
    315x3
    335x1 I got the first rep myself and had someone help force out another.

    Cable mach v grip push down:

    The pumps were amazing. On my first 2 sets on cables for my tri's I did supersets and the crushed my arms. I was swoll for sure.

    Had pain in my back so not able to completly go nuts but I love the way I'm looking. And I'm up 5 lb while on T-blast hell yeah, a lot of food over the holliday but I will take it.

    Yea Doctors told me to never do again.. Lol.. I wasnt goin to retire from the platform on the doctors table. I rehabbed for a yr and am starting my comeback.. With NLA backing me i see records falling again in 2013!!!!!

    I cannot wait to get in the gym today! I have been packing orders for 3 hours straight cuz this holiday sale has been epic for us! I plan on doing power cleans, bench press, and weighted dips today. Besides that anyone have any advice for some good chest lifts? I am looking to add width to my chest.

    I always felt declines with a moderate width grip hit the width nicely.

    Nice brotha! The Comeback! I never do what the dr says except this time. I wanna do some small meets around here for deads, staying away from squats unless I can gain 30 more lbs soon. I love deads! You are gunna kick ass my Brotha in 2013 fo sure!

    Wide Grip but 2 count pause on every rep!!!

    Or

    5 count down- 2 count pause - explode 1/4 way up back down another 2 count pause then all the up to lock out with a 5 count up!!!

    usually can only do like 3-5 reps depending on weight but will fry your chest!!!

    So I'm loving my weight gains for sure! And for not doing cardio or ab workout I'm still shredding out.

    Dosed 2 scoops pre wo, 3 swoll-n, 6 t-blast, and half a vike lol

    I only had enough recover-d for 1 scoop. Grrrr! My other tub will be here tomorrow I hope. If not I have some cheap protein from walmart

    Today was the best pump day, it gets better and better each day. I went high reps and lower weight to c the difference and **** its overwhelming for sure. NLA has me SFW, as my good buddy Jon says

    Oklahoma City!! Feb 16/17 ~~ About 93.5 % sure im going.. Im doing tune up meet in Mesa, Az for the meet but depend on Funds and Work.. My busy season and after Xmas.. An Airplane, entry, hotel, food , etc kinda adds up!!! So but still planning on it~~

    **Each set equals 1 full climb up of the stadium stairs you are running**

    Today I worked on Shoulders: I havnt worked out in a bit do to Hollidays and Back issues. Tomorrow I'm going to see another dr. And gunna tell him to x-ray. Gotta get back to not being in so much pain. Vikes don't do nothing for me.

    This morning I dosed 3 caps of Mechanic Joint Plus

    Dosed 2 scoops supp-d
    4-swoll-n
    6- tblast
    Pre-workout

    I felt realy good. But not working out in a bit got me a little winded but overall a great workout. Its good to get back to the Gym. Ready to get back to killing it.

    Smith machine press:
    105x10
    195x10
    215x6
    245x4

    Uprite rows smith mach:
    105x10x3 sets

    Db shrugs:
    100x10x3 sets

    Cable mach lateral raises:
    20x10x3 sets

    Front shoulder raises db:
    40x10
    40x10
    50x10

    Felt awesome. Ready to push myself but my back issues have me down. I'm still fighting!

    Physio and Dietetics. He is a tech with the athletic dept. and starts an internship with a strength coach this coming semester. We are also shooting for his first PL comp. in may. Long way to go with his strength but he has a solid base to work with.
