I was just wondering if anyone has done the kris Gethins 12 week hardcore trainer? I did it and following the training and diet to a T and I had great results. The only issue I had with it was I lost a lot of muscle mass along with bad weight to. I'm wanting to do it again after the holidays but I'm a lot
leaner than I was when I first did it and I wanna maintain my muscle mass. I'm a really experienced lifter and in good shape just wondering what everyone's take is on the program. Anyone that has for it or knows a lot about it please comment on how I can maintain muscle mass the second time around. Thanks
