With some life changes my old log is now kind of null and void. I'll transfer it over here for the remainder of my off-season.
I've gotten to a comfortable BF% to where I want to begin packing on size. I'll be bulking until around mid-April (providing bf stays in check). I've been on a keto for god knows how long so for the next 4 weeks (after thanksgiving) ill be returning to a more traditional diet split including carbs. No worries, I won't be going too crazy. Then back to a modified keto.
