Decent workout. Long weekend at work so I don't have too much energy. All I had access to was 65lb dumbells so I did strict and controlled, deep reps, utilizing TUT. I need to get back into dips as well. So far those were my strongest Meadows Rows. Off tomorrow. Will do some conditioning. DE Deads on Monday.

Explosive all through my pulls. SG was rough and I love it. SSB was great even though I was wore out by then. I ensured I locked my hips and knees out. I wonder if my low bar position is causing me to not want to fully stand tall. I'll see how I do with Fridays squats now I'm aware of it. No vids. The gym was crowded with douchebags so I didn't bother.
Yesterday I did some jump rope circuit and box jumps on duty for some conditioning. Tomorow will be RE Bench day. Contemplating floor pressing as the primary movement.
Diet today has consisted of steak, sweet potatoes, Chipotle steak/chicken burrito, and now spaghetti. Body weight is at 220...military says I'm supposed to weigh 193 max...not a chance.
Note: Elite FTS has 50% off onyx bands and 40% off wraps and sleeves until tomorrow afternoon. Sucks.. I ordered 2 orange bands on Saturday. I picked up a few mini's and knee wraps just to have a second set.
That's an awesome deal on the wraps. I was looking at APT, but I can't bring myself to pull the trigger on $50 knee wraps. What kind of wrap did you go with? I was looking at the EFS Heavy 2m wraps as a cheaper option myself.
I just ordered ATP blue arrow on Saturday with some Nose Tork. I thought about the strangulators and another but I didn't know if my squat was heavy enough for those so I went with the wrap that said 'light to super heavy squats' in 2.5M
I just picked up the black and white EFS 2.5M. I read that people had problems with the basilisk and super heavy when wrapping solo

I went to sleep at 11pm. Son woke up at 3am then I slept 4-5am. I'm beat. I'll be taking the next couple days off and rest up for heavy squats on Friday.
How's that Titan ram working for you?? I looked into it the other day but skeptical on how much a difference it would make.. Other than that nice lifts man, get that rest so you can destroy squats!!
Wow that's awesome, I was looking into that because I too have shoulder pain every now and then, and maybe using this suit might relieve it whenever it starts acting up
Oo of course, i love working out raw as much a possible , up to the point that I'm hurting haha or form is getting hindered from overload
When I overload with the shirt, my shoulder pain morphs into wrist and elbow pain. And CNS pain. There's something about holding more weight in your hands than ever before that is just so taxing, no matter how supportive the gear.
I've used both the Slingshot and Ram. I prefer the Ram due to the positioning on the arm, but they both are excellent tools for the raw or geared lifter.
