Nice dead. Looked great from the angle you had but I agree good speed. I know I have been gone for a whole but the squats a week ago or so looked great too. That is some mean weight man. Depth looked fine to me.
Dude with the bench imbalance, make sure your elbows are at the same angle. You can work on your shoulders and make sure your traps are pulled in equally. I slip my right arm back and up when I get to the end of heavy chest workouts. Mentally focus on even form. Go slow. Your body will start to work it's own issues out and you will be able to better identify what's going on.
