    country told me igh-1 and ghenerate stacked together is pretty much the only way to go. either way for 8 weeks my dedication will be 100%. Ive been up to close to 90%, then lately holidays back down to maybe 60%. And as of late 40%. Time to actually get at it! Ill start a Natadrol Log in the supp section but only few and far between updates.

    thanks inarius. Im really hoping for the sleep benefits. Im expecting to be passed out around 10:30 every night for a solid consistent 8 hours.

    The natadrol itself is awesome, the ghenerate really worked well, not just for the GH release/pulse but the sleep as you mentioned really helps with recovery. The IGH1 is supposed to work with the Ghenerate and amplify eachother. The natadrol together with them gives mean strength gains, I swear by it. The formadrol nearly kicks as much ass as the rest of the stack and is the PCT. You get 2 months or so out of the ghenerate so it can really stretch out.

    Heres a review/log of the same stack, and I have a few old logs for anyone interested in reading some about it. I don't know how detailed my old logs were so don't judge me lol!

    Haha cant let you have all the gains to yourself! Ill be trailing you then, cause if this pops off im running it again in may! Did you run natadrol for 8 weeks? Seemed short bro...

    Im getting antsy reading all that. Still planning on starting in about a week or so. Wanna get everything dialed down and back on my consistent diet.     Sounds like a good deal. I've done 2 4 6 and I think 8 once. Results on all. 4-6 is sweet spot for the value for me.

    Sweet! Nothing significant yet. Today was a very high calorie rest day. Legs and arms experiencing crazy doms. Bout to pop 2 natty, 3 igh and 4 sprays ghenerate.

    hows the formadrol treating ya? i can feel a difference in the natadrol. not sure if im about to just blow the fawk up or if not doing anything. feelsweirdman.jpg.

    anyways its only been a week, bout to destroy quads and calves tonight. I might do 3 heavy sets of atg squats and then pre-fatigue and THEN bust out GVT with 135. My quads are terribly small, my hamstrings might even be bigger lmao.

    Regardless ill be in the gym for about 2 hours tonight just cranking out sets till i cant move or walk. Ive literally ate my heart out last few days getting 4k+ meals and i carbed up last night with 2k cals of macaroni grill and i feel deflated. FML just gotta keep pushing and keep eating.

    The formadrol is good. Hitting some good workouts lately. I have tendinitis in my (I think) peritoneal tendon in my foot. I think I spelled that right its really weird. I need to update my log.

    My diet has been absolutely perfect and natadrol has seriously made every calorie count. I feel amazing! I've already gotten 4 compliments people asking me when I got jacked or that I'm lookin big.

    I started roughly around 176/174. After not even 2 weeks at 4 caps a day I'm at a solid and steady 185 and I feel like 185. Not bloated or water weighted either and my lifts are starting to go up. My legs already feel better.

    Holy hell I've made more progress in the last 14 days than I did bulking for an entire year on gomad and steak, squats and deadlifts.

    Diet has been absolutely perfect and I've been starving and hungry at every meal! I can consistently eat 7 eggs+ every morning and have been. Greatest thing is that I've been eating about 3.5/4k cals a day of clean food. And I still have the same if not better abs than at 175.

    As soon as something starts to go right in my training, it's always followed by some sort of setback.

    I ****ed up my back and I was doing everything right! I wasn't going too heavy, I didn't use bad form! All I did was pick up my volume and I mess up my back. I guess I knew it was coming. My legs weren't developing as my strength was increasing on squats and deadlifts.

    What do now? It's been a week and it's still bad. I'm on 2 natadrol a day as a maintenance and I'm contemplating just starting the formadrol. This sucks

    Yea I started on the formadrol. Gonna pick up another bottle and forma for when I start it again in a few weeks.

    Went to a chiropractor today and he did a full diagnosis and I have a vertebrae that is completely locked and my hip is displaced. He did a little adjustment and I'm icing it with ibuprofen. Unfortunately I cant do anything for the time being except watching basketball and eating junk food.

    Going back tomorrow and then twice next week and then we will re-evaluate to see if I am ready to resume some light lifting and strengthening.

    If anything ive learned a lot about my body. My lower back used to be soo strong flexible and reliable It was disposable and when I got back to lifting heavy it just wasn't there anymore. Luckily it's not serious and I can start from the ground up (literally) in training my lacking lower body. My arms are a whole inch larger than my calves and I train my calves harder than my arms.

    Oh well, it's a lesson I will probably be glad to learn early in life rather than later.

    actually me and my chiro were talking and it was all due to the way i was sleeping. i had a really really minor strain (2-3 days recovery) and the way i was sleeping basically traumatized my vertebrae. i have to sleep with a pillow under my hips and perfectly in line for a good month or so until my sleeping habits change. gonna get my first workout in today in the last 2 weeks. very very very light workout. just gonna do a few sets of chest. gonna split up some workouts for upper body until i can fully do legs and back again. slow slow recovery or else i will just make everything worse.

    also gonna cook for the first time today in 2 weeks lol no motivation to eat good when im depressed and feel like ****. OHHHH and btw new log gonna be coming for natadrol 2.0 in about a month!

    Yea good thing is minor but it still sucks sine natadrol was going soo good and then I didn't even get to keep the gains with the immediate immobility and that week in between formadrol.

    No I wish! Is LG doing any sponsored logs? Would make killer gains for a dope new log. Haha when's the new formula coming out anyways?

    Gonna put in an order this weekend and hopefully start in a week or two.

    Depends how sensitive you are. I liked 6. I'd rather gain slow and steady over a longer period of time. Give your joints and rest of your body time to keep up.

    I agree, i have 2.5 bottles for this run so im gonna run 6 for the duration and should give me a solid 8 weeks worth. Do you think it would be a good idea to add the erase pro to the XP stack? Im gonna be going for that dry look as well for cabo. i got my DAA and Tropinol XP as pct for the natadrol (THinkin i might want to get the liquid formadrol just in case.), anything i should add for a killer shredding stack coming off the natadrol?

    That would be tight bro. Pretty sure I read the EP can be used as a light PCT basically. AI? I need to brush up on my stuff.

    Well something isn't right..... I don't feel good at all about this run maybe they were too close together or just the back injury threw everything off but I'm starting the 1/2 bottle of formadrol I have left and the EP stak right after that.

    Next week diet should be much better and I did some light deadlifts and squats this week with just a tad of stiffness I need to work out. Gonna order the erase and probably m-stak to go along with it (m stak always gives me a good boost).

    Not being where I want sucks but it's the iron game as we know it. Will report back next week
