thanks inarius. Im really hoping for the sleep benefits. Im expecting to be passed out around 10:30 every night for a solid consistent 8 hours.

anyways its only been a week, bout to destroy quads and calves tonight. I might do 3 heavy sets of atg squats and then pre-fatigue and THEN bust out GVT with 135. My quads are terribly small, my hamstrings might even be bigger lmao.
Regardless ill be in the gym for about 2 hours tonight just cranking out sets till i cant move or walk. Ive literally ate my heart out last few days getting 4k+ meals and i carbed up last night with 2k cals of macaroni grill and i feel deflated. FML just gotta keep pushing and keep eating.

Eat quality man. The natadrol will make you hungry.
The formadrol is good. Hitting some good workouts lately. I have tendinitis in my (I think) peritoneal tendon in my foot. I think I spelled that right its really weird. I need to update my log.

My diet has been absolutely perfect and natadrol has seriously made every calorie count. I feel amazing! I've already gotten 4 compliments people asking me when I got jacked or that I'm lookin big.
I started roughly around 176/174. After not even 2 weeks at 4 caps a day I'm at a solid and steady 185 and I feel like 185. Not bloated or water weighted either and my lifts are starting to go up. My legs already feel better.
Holy hell I've made more progress in the last 14 days than I did bulking for an entire year on gomad and steak, squats and deadlifts.
Diet has been absolutely perfect and I've been starving and hungry at every meal! I can consistently eat 7 eggs+ every morning and have been. Greatest thing is that I've been eating about 3.5/4k cals a day of clean food. And I still have the same if not better abs than at 175.

Fawkkk I need more fiber in my diet. Layne suggests 60g a day and I get about 20 at the most.

As soon as something starts to go right in my training, it's always followed by some sort of setback.
I ****ed up my back and I was doing everything right! I wasn't going too heavy, I didn't use bad form! All I did was pick up my volume and I mess up my back. I guess I knew it was coming. My legs weren't developing as my strength was increasing on squats and deadlifts.
What do now? It's been a week and it's still bad. I'm on 2 natadrol a day as a maintenance and I'm contemplating just starting the formadrol. This sucks

What's up with your back? Just cut the cycle now and resume it later. No sense being on it if you can't lift. Gota know what's up with it?

Went to a chiropractor today and he did a full diagnosis and I have a vertebrae that is completely locked and my hip is displaced. He did a little adjustment and I'm icing it with ibuprofen. Unfortunately I cant do anything for the time being except watching basketball and eating junk food.
Going back tomorrow and then twice next week and then we will re-evaluate to see if I am ready to resume some light lifting and strengthening.
If anything ive learned a lot about my body. My lower back used to be soo strong flexible and reliable It was disposable and when I got back to lifting heavy it just wasn't there anymore. Luckily it's not serious and I can start from the ground up (literally) in training my lacking lower body. My arms are a whole inch larger than my calves and I train my calves harder than my arms.
Oh well, it's a lesson I will probably be glad to learn early in life rather than later.

Next week diet should be much better and I did some light deadlifts and squats this week with just a tad of stiffness I need to work out. Gonna order the erase and probably m-stak to go along with it (m stak always gives me a good boost).
Not being where I want sucks but it's the iron game as we know it. Will report back next week
