  2. had a really good day at the gym today. worked some bench presses for speed, deadlifts and some back extensions

    Bench
    135x5x5

    Deadlift
    135x5
    135x5
    185x5
    185x5
    225x5
    275x5
    315x5
    335x3 Here is a good deadlift. I think I need to get my roman deadlift higher so I don't get too worried about getting it off the ground. It is very light once I get it up the first time but I just didn't have the confidence (even at the 315 level). I also did not use any grips so I think I could have done 5 reps of the 335 if I strapped up. Good day though

    Did some back ext for 70lbs x10 for 3 sets.

    On the weekends I do.
    Some mornings I do. I also eat around 5hrs before I train too. I can't train with food in my stomach at all.

    Took a vid of myself doing front squats with my iPHone so the quality sux...
    Pretty much I think I just need to get more flexible so I can get more depth... I thought I was deep enough but by the looks of it when I put weight on my I don't get deep enough.

    It ain't atg but it looks solid. If you lose depth when adding weight, it is not flexibility, it is either strength or confidence. Grow a pair and try harder .

    I was thinking this. In my head (I am also a sexy god) I thought I was ass to ankles but that's why I took the vid lol. So easy with the iPhone....

  10. I think your form looks solid. A lot deeper than my squats go. I
    Usually only get parallel or so since it strains my back so much. As long as you keep that form when going heavy, you will be good to go

  12. I think you went as deep as you could with that stance (which was deep enough deff parallel). If you want to go deeper you might have to narrow the stance slightly or point your toes more inward.

  13. Yeah, I wasn't sure if a narrower stance would help. I've always used a pretty narrow stance but I don't see many others who do. Most people stop at parallel though.

  14. Hmm. My feet are pretty much under my shoulders at that point I could try get it narrower. I'll see when I do a squat workout.

    I feel weird whenever I widen my feet and go for depth. I wish you could see how narrow my feet are while squatting lol

    Yeah you can't really go atg with low bar which is how I squat my stance is way too wide.

    I'm the opposite, I literally sit on my heels when I squat. But my parallel squat is worse than my atg, I'm stuck going full depth.

    I know what you mean it's a rhythm thing I know guys that don't touch their chest on BB bench but if I don't touch my chest I actually lift less weight.

    My elbows blow up if I go all the way to touch my chest on bench. It takes a cascade of miracles for me to truly have a good Max effort bench day.

  23. Yesterday I hit a triple max on OHP

    45x5
    95x5
    115x5
    135x5
    155x5
    165x5
    175x3 (pr well because I now go till the bar touches my shoulder blades it has gotten considerably harder )

    Pretty good last day.
    Now I will be in Tokyo (actually ready am) and meeting up with the family. Looks to be a good trip. Forgot half my supps at home, couldn't eat anywhere for lunch because of my allergies and looks like I am gonna be goin to some party with the wife's friends at a Mexican place... Hmm bean allergy plus wheat allergy plus dairy allergy and you probably got one of the hardest mouths to feed when eating out.

    Yea.... Allergies are rough, but they need to make food more plain for me lol. Cook meat, gimme cabbage and rice and I will give you no trouble.

    Any rice I eat is never healthy("clean"), so I try to stay away from it. You get the mail? Hopefully I didn't send it to some random person. lol

    I eat white rice only... My diet is a bit more liberal than ppl eat here. (high fat mod protein mod carbs) brown rice flares up my joints and makes me see red on the throne.

    Got it. But I'm on my iPad and don't really wanna view it till I get to my hotel room. Currently walking around lol.
