Ya I had a great workout. Took me a little while to get through it all. Had a much better idea of what weights to use. Still hard to do the negatives on decline though. Just an awkward set up.
Had a great workout just need to quicken the pace a bit. The warm up takes a while. 6 sets to warm up and they are long sets. 80 seconds a set and with each arm.
Seem to be progressing a bit on a number of things. The dragon flags werent as bad today. Did them on a different bench though.
