I have been doing SL 5x5 for around 8 weeks now, although my lifts are getting heavier I feel like my body is not getting any bigger with it.....is this normal? Don't get me wrong I don't really want to get huge, however I do want to put on some lean mass!
My diet Is good, although I do like a beer and treats on the weekend.
Just getting a little frustrated with it and any advice would be appreciated.
