Well gotta eat but that's a whole nother thread, anyways I believe in Phil Heath when he said do the same workout to gain mass and to get cut, I like a split like
Legs- squat
Chest
Back- dead lift
Shoulders
Arms
Try something out for 3 weeks and if you don't like it, dump it. I'm only 19 but I've probably gone through 20+ workouts til I found what I like
As for reps my "core" lifts are at 4-6x8-12 and "auxiliaries" are 3-4x10-15
