Ok so lethargy and headaches are gone after adding hawthorne extract and aromasin 12.5mg ed for 3 days. Still very bloated tho. Its an odd stomach bloat mostly that makes me feel like im gonna pop after drinking water and barely eating anything. Think its estrogen related and continue with asin daily?. Once i start to stabalize at this dose ill get blood work done.

11/1/14-de bench w/ doubled minis (80lbs top 40lbs bottom)
205X5, 10lb pr
Chest supported pendlay rows w/ cambered bar
Unilateral micro band facepulls/fat grip side raises/hammer curls
Gpp: 25Lbs on sled, 5-6min of front raises/rear raises/flys/pullovers/tri ect/trap raises 10 reps each no rest.
Notes: felt decent today. A little cold and dry, estrogen is a touch lower then it needs to be so ill go eod to e3d on asin now, happy with de bench and managing to push it a little more each time. Getting better. Great cycle of prs, hope the next 3 weeks goes just as well.

De deadlift in metal ace suit straps down with chains
Conditioning: 6 half lap prowler sprints w/ 90lbs on it.
Notes: decent day, felt a little beat up. All is well tho. Did some work for my upper back loosing it up at the end. Very dry. Went overboard on ai.

I assume rbc or trest related, which i added yesterday and did 15mg. Not sure if one shot of that could be enough to cause a problem tho. Estrogen is lowered and bloat is gone so its not those.

Made the smart decision to drop trest and lower test to trt doses again. Im close enough to my goals that it doesnt matter at this point. Id rather be healthy and perform better bc of it then be loaded up and be struggling due to health. I may add something the last 4 weeks if all clears up over the next 2 weeks. An oral or something i know doesnt jack me up.

That to me is what makes meet time so brutal. Adding in drugs, dropping conditioning, and starting to overreach. Makes for a rough few weeks and an overwhelming desire to feel healthy after a meet.

I only took oral trest preworkout, so it didn't affect me that much. As far as DHT for strength, its corny but I love epistane. As far as nonmethylated, I don't really know of any that are all that effective off the top of my head.

Bench in jack shirt
545 to one boardx0,0 miss grooved the first rep, felt my lat strain that i got on sat and the weight lose had my shirt so loose and my joints are dry. Groove was great, finally back on track. This shirt is to loose for me tho, i am getting a brand new tight sbp next weekend to play with so ill see how that goes. My bench form is able to fit almost any shirt really. I killed it in a retardedly tight overkill my first time in. The arms on the jack are just loose and i get no ******* power or carryover.
Seated wide grip cable rows
Unilateral mini band pushdowns
100 total reps
Mini band pullapart complex w/ extra overhand/underhand sets
2 sets 10 reps each way
Notes: very dry, great session other then the shirt work honestly

Notes: squat is coming along great. These felt super light on my back tonight. Just need to get my back in line.

Notes: was out of town so i trained for free at a crappy youfit and just made due. Me and my buddy werent motivated at all after the main lifts. Did my best all things considered.

The Sabo shoes are really nice so far. Grip and contact with the floor was much better than my Chuck's and the metatarsal strap makes a big difference for me.

Pull from floor w/ chains in metal ace suit straps up and titan superior briefs
Conditioning: 8 half lap sprints with 90lbs on prowler
Notes: very happy with this lift, my grip didnt give out with the 640-650 top weight. I feel ready to pull 650. Also first time going 3 plys and didnt feel it hurt me getting to the bar.

Notes: strong day, felt great. Gear is getting stupid tight, blood loss just being in it. Still gaining weight. Looking forward to the weeks to come. Getting use to wraps. Brians program is spot on for squat.

Notes: great night. Moved my grip from pinky on the ring to thumb away from smooth. That small change lets me lower the bar right into my lats and tris and drive out with so much more force. 225 felt just as fast as 205. Faster lowering and faster pressing is a win win in my book. Used same grip on *******s and prd and fried my tris. Using a bench on kroc rows takes most of my body english away and makes them a lot harder but i feel it more in my upper back. Very good night, and didnt push to failure on anything either. Hope this keeps up.
