  1. Today Was push day

    Flat Bench (5-7 reps) Supersetted with Chest flyes (8 to 10 reps) for 3 sets
    Incline Bench (5-7 reps) Supersetted with Chest flyes (8 to 10 reps) for 3 sets
    Shoulder Press (5-7 reps) Supersetted with Front Raises (8 to 10 reps) for 3 sets
    Dips till failure 3 sets
    Tricep machine till failure 3 sets
    Decline Bench Pump up set.

    IT's been hectic sadly I dropped from 177 to 172 :/
    my body fat dropped too so at least it wasn't all muscle

    But I'm back on my diet again.
    Macros are above 250g for protein
    above 300g for carbs but below 350

  3. subbed and awesome before/after man very motivational. wish i had the time to get in such solid routines in im usually having to rush. I never really saw much feedback on the animal pak. how was it and what kind of gains did u notice?

    For the front I think it would be easier to see your progress if we could see you flex your chest and also like a gorilla flex like with your entire front flexing including your traps and your hands in fist palm towards you slightly bellow your belly button.
