  2. Not straight through, did 8 reps and stop and kept going till I got to 30 reps, it's some thing I read in an article by chad Waterbury in tnation

  7. Heres my weekly pic update

    Results aren't good especially since today I mixed legs and back to transition to my new routine..big mistake lol.
    And playing around with carbs effs me up some time, I'll just note that my carb intake should be good the day before legs.

    Also missed two days of training

    Tomorrow I officially get a stable routine going again.

    Arnold Press 3 sets of 6 @55 lbs super set with DB Delt Flyes 3 sets of 15 @ 15 lbs

    Incline DB press 3 sets of 6 @60 lbs super set with DB Delt Flyes 3 sets of 15 @ 15 lbs

    Flat DB press. 3 sets of 6 @65 lbs super set with DB Chest Flyes 3 sets of 12 @ 25 lbs

    Dips 3x8 superset with
    machine extensions 3x12 @ 60lbs

    Then did a circuit of my whole workout for 10-20 rep range lol


    Todays macronutrient intake:

    345g of carbs

    265g of protein

    105g of fat

    A lil over my fat intake again >:/ fat free milk from now on and egg whites lol

    I was thinking about your shopping list... have you tried AX German Creatine?

    Add in some EFA's and a multi-vitamin.

    Didn't you say you already ordered SuperSize?

    I'm planning a little run with several AX products in two weeks Mass FX Destroyer, Hard FX TST, & SuperSize.

    Noo I ordered AX German creatine, I have it and I'm supplementing 4g to 10g a day

    I want to get supersize but it's a little pricey but I will if I'm in need of PWO

    What's an EFA? I'm getting that multi I was suggested before.. Forgot what it's called

    EFA = essential fatty acids. For most people, this means omega-3s (you really don't need to supplement omega-6s ever unless you near 0 fat in your diet, literally). I buy triple strength fish oil from Sam's Club (it's like a Costco's) so I dont have to down as many pills in a day to get around 3g EPA and 2g DHA. A lot of people are starting to get crazy about Krill Oil, but I dont know anything about it nor do I know what a proper dosage of that would be, so no comment there.

  12. Ohhh ok thanks, yeah I have omega 3s even though I hate em because they make me burp fish breath lol but I take 2 or 4 a day

  20. Yesterday I Legs

    Worked on my hips and perfected my squat form

    Did some cleans afterwards, followed by the century leg press workout

    Calves did three workouts for em.

    Life's getting in my way of training but it's coming back slowly, have a few people staying over so I have no time for pics.

    My macros were both over 250g for carbs and protein and below 70 for fats.

    Today's off Tuesday I have 8 hours shifts

  21. Today Was push day

    Flat Bench (5-7 reps) Supersetted with Chest flyes (8 to 10 reps) for 3 sets
    Incline Bench (5-7 reps) Supersetted with Chest flyes (8 to 10 reps) for 3 sets
    Shoulder Press (5-7 reps) Supersetted with Front Raises (8 to 10 reps) for 3 sets
    Dips till failure 3 sets
    Tricep machine till failure 3 sets
    Decline Bench Pump up set.

    Goin to post up pics new years day

    IT's been hectic sadly I dropped from 177 to 172 :/
    my body fat dropped too so at least it wasn't all muscle

    But I'm back on my diet again.
    Macros are above 250g for protein
    above 300g for carbs but below 350

  23. subbed and awesome before/after man very motivational. wish i had the time to get in such solid routines in im usually having to rush. I never really saw much feedback on the animal pak. how was it and what kind of gains did u notice?

    For the front I think it would be easier to see your progress if we could see you flex your chest and also like a gorilla flex like with your entire front flexing including your traps and your hands in fist palm towards you slightly bellow your belly button.
