I will be posting soon under Redefine Nutrition soon so I hope you guys follow me over there. I will post a link when the time comes. I will continue the same diet and workout plan, just with the addition of some supps. During my cut I am going to amp it up with some 2 x EPI-V, 2 x PCT revolutions (RUNNING DURING AND AFTER), puretest (part of PCT), N.O ignite for a preworkout, Kaizen isolate for protein, and an E.C.A. stack for a fat burner. Hopefully I can pull off some good shredding with this combo! Pretty pumped!

I know the last post was 2011 but I hope someone can answer my question about Cyclical Ketogenic Diet. I read that you should eat about 60g of carbs a day and than 1 or 2 carb loading days. My question is can you eat your 60g 1st thing in the morning w/ your breakfast and than eat a high protein/fat meals after that? I am asking because I usually eat meal 1 and than go to the gym an hour later
