    Decent workout. Had a few more on DL but playing it safe. I'm in range of the yearly goal and in no hurry. Body is feeling good and I don't want to change that.

    Called it there. Tweaked my back a tad on the last DB clean and didn't want to push it. First time that's happened in a long time.
