    alright, so this is my first log on here...and pretty much first log ever. i usually just write my stuff down. But i figured id put it on here as well.

    I am already a week into my cycle. At first i wasnt going to log it on here. but since a couple people have asked. I figured what the heck. So lets get started and get my log up to date. Ill only post from the begining of this week.

    my sups are:
    ON amino acid
    ON multivitamins
    omega 3/6/7/9 fish oils
    Methyl-s @ 5mg(SD)
    superbolin @ 15mg(SD) between these two i can dose how ever i want, I.E. 5mg, 10mg, 15mg, 20mg, 25mg, 30mg. etc.. etc..
    and a whole lot of food and water! :-D

    support sups are:
    -cycle support
    -protect

    My dosing for SD is 10/15/15/15. Depending on how things go for my second week (which i am on now) and if i respond well, i will either keep it at 15mg, Or bump it to 20mg, and live there for the next two weeks.

    for pct i have:
    liquid clomid
    liquid Torem on hand
    HCGenerate (comming soon)
    Formadrol extreme

    clomid will be dosed at 50/50/25/25 and most likely for the first day dose it at 75mg, then 50 from there on after. Torem is there for a "just in case" measure.
    HCGenerate will be started on the 3rd week of my cycle..since it will most likely take about a week to get here. Ill dose that as recommended on the label, untill its gone.
    Formadrol will also be dosed as recommended on the label and will be started on the 3rd or 4th week of my clomid use.

    stats:
    5" 9.5
    age: almost half way to 30
    so far my weight is 164 (already up about 3 lbs..prolly from water)

    saturday 9/11 10mg SD dose / shoulders

    felt good overall. Shoulders had a real good pump going through out my work out. I noticed that my lifts felt a little lighter then normal. Especially for the side raises. shoulders presses still gave me a bit of a challenge which is normal to me..

    here is something i always tell myself since i injured my shoulder last year and kept me from working out for a good 4 months. always start off with rotator exorcises to help warm up the shoulders, do before the first exorcise and between sets of first exorcise. <--thats practically engraved in my head since i play baseball and it was my throwing shoulder that got injured. I do allot of rotator exorcises now since that has happened.

    Got a little head ache for a bit, but that subsided. checked blood pressure and that all seemed fine from what the at home monitor said.

    Decided to add in dead lifts, havnt done dead lifts consistently for a good 2+ months, so i was a little excited to start doing them again.

    thursday 9/16 legs



    I didnt have much time to do what i really wanted to do, so i decided to just hit up the legs really quick. only had about an hour to work with. This was my second day at 15mg, and all i felt so far was just being a little tired on the mornings. not to bad though, i got no back pump from my back work as well so i was feeling pretty good. I pretty much blew through my leg work out, i only had about an hour to work with, and i was done with in 45 minutes. It wasnt to many exorcises, but i kept the intensity up and most rest periods between sets where 30 secs. or less.

    today will be cardio, abs, and obliques..again, i only have about an hour to work with, so its going to be about a 1.5 mile run. and strait into sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, and a couple other things.

    man..this last week has been pretty busy for me with work, working out, and helping my brother in his band. I had 3 weeks to learn 5 songs. Ive got most songs down, but still need to learn 1 song and have about 2 days left. Today and tomorrow are the last to practices till the next show. Im Stoked to play, but then nervous because i still need to get this other song down. I also think i might be starting to come down with something, i started taking extra vitamin C to help my body combat what ever it may be getting. So hopefully the stuffy noses and slight coughs in the morning start to subside. But anyways. A quick update on the work outs. Im still sitting at 15mgs. and am still weighing in at around 164-165. i think a couple reasons why im not gaining is possibly from geting a bit sick,.and also because i need to go shopping for food..this friday i get payed so i can restock my supplies.

    The intensitiy in the gym is still there though, i few of my friends are saying that im looking bigger, and ive been feeling some real good pumps. My arms are starting to look fuller with my shoulders starting to fill out a bit more as well. Hopefully i can keep it this up for the next two weeks so it ends with good gains. Sides are pretty minimal. i get little to no back pump wile doing my 1.5 mile runs. I am sorta tired in the morning, but thats a little expected since i stay up for another 2 hours or so practicing on my guitar. Bed time has been around midnight, and i usually get up around 7:45 to 8. Not necessarily an ideal sleeping pattern for me but i gota do it, until this up coming show is done at least. Then maybe i can get a couple more much needed hours of sleep.

    so here was yesterdays work out: wednesday 09/22 chest starting week 3 still at 15mg if SD, also started taking HCGenerate with the rest of my sups, so well see how this goes:

    incline d-b press:
    50 / 12 warm up
    80 / 10 +10lbs
    90 / 7 - went half way on the 8th then died for some reason..couldnt finish it off +10lbs
    100 / 6 +10lbs

    i was a little stoked on this, i was able to press 10lbs more then normal with minimal help. I just had my friend help me with the 100's so i can keep my form.

    decline d-b press :

    90 / 10 +10lbs.
    100 / 8 +10lbs
    110 / 6 +10lbs

    At this point i was like "f'k yes!!" lol, i felt like i was in the zone, had a good pump going in the chest, and was feeling good. Again, my friend helped me on form for the 110's so i can make sure i do 6 correctly.

    flat bench barbell:
    185 - 10 warm up
    245 - 6 +20 lbs
    265 - 6 +20lbs
    275 - 6 +10lbs

    i dropped the reps down a bit so i can work on that slow drop to the chest then exploding up. my friend said that he wasnt spotting me much except for the last 2 on my last set of 275. which makes sense to me, my chest felt pretty fried by that time. lol


    then i closed out my chest work out with some cable flys:

    after that i hit the triceps a bit with some light sets then called it a day:

    man.... i had almost all of yesterdays stuff typed out..then i pushed the f5 button on my keyboard and screwed everything up.. lol

    lets give this another try..

    ok, so i didnt have much time to work with on friday. so here i what i got done in the span of a little over an hour.

    1.5 mile run. 13 mins.

    hammer curls:
    50 / 10 +10lbs
    50 / 10 +10lbs
    50 / 10 +10lbs

    this is pretty cool, because the hammer curls are usually just a warm up exorcise before i hit the pull up bar. I was pretty surprised to see that i was able to curl the 50s like they where 40's.

    pull ups:

    b/w + 45 - 6 semi wide grip
    b/w + 45 - 7 shoulder width

    super setted with

    rear pull ups - behind head:

    for some reason i felt pretty wore out already doing my pull ups. I wasnt able to do as many as i did the last time. Im thinking it could have been from my run that i did. I usually dont run when i work out my back.
