Tampabay's Journal "It's time to get serious"
So i started a journal up a few days ago on another site but its pretty much a ghost town so i decided to come here in hope for a little feedback. I'll go ahead and post my routine and my last workout to have something to start with here.
The routine

Just switched it to this recently. Im just now getting back into the swing of things. I'm in the military so the past few months have been a pain in the ass as far as the gym goes due to training and work schedule. but now im back on track and ready to do the damn thing.
I'll be throwing up some stats soon and some "before" pics for the start of my journal to track progress.

Overall the workout was pretty good. I'll be honest after doing those deadlifts it took me a bit to gain back my wind so my other lifts werent as heavy as i wouldve liked. but i am slowly jumping back into the mix of things and i expect to be a full go sometime next week.
I got shoulders tomorrow. Most def looking forward to that.

Hit some shoulders today, pretty legit workout. I'm most definitely starting to feel like I'm getting back into the groove of things.

Did some abs at the end of this. Mainly focused on lower abs. Tomorrow is arms and i'll be hitting some more abs as well. Didn't do as much as i would've liked to today.
My diet has been pretty much on point the past few days, only problem is too many shakes. That will change when i move into my apt with my wife. Living in the barracks with no kitchen makes it pretty difficult. So in the mean time i'll have to work with what i got.

****in Legit arm workout...my partner and i kept competing on each set so it was pretty brutal.

Overall it was good, just hope it wasnt overkill! trying to slowly bring my volume down. I feel like that has been hindering my mass gains. Never really had a problem with overtraining but i think it may be an issue right now.
