First I would like to thank all the people who have been pm.ing me you guys really helped me push myself to get back into this again. In my last log my PC fuked up and stopped the log dead and along with it went my working out and eating habits. I know "my computer broke" is no excuse for stuffing my face and becoming a couch potato but it was the excuse I was using. I dunno what happened, I guess I never realized how much by just having a log online it kept me dedicated and on task.
Well now Im back into this again. I guess you can say I got my "mojo" back I feel motivated and excitied to start hitting the weights again. For the past 2 weeks I been doing some cardio and bodyweight workouts to warm myself up before I attack the weights. I know after my first workout I am gonna see how weak I have become and hopefully it will just piss me off and push me to work harder.
Here is my current info:
Weight: 197 - Down from 240 which is where I was a year and a half ago when I started this new " caring about what I eat and taking care of my body" lifestyle.
BF%: Not a clue but I imagine it is around 20% I think in my last log I was down to the teens like 18 or 19 and was 200 and I know I am now 197 but I havent been really lifting so I think it was just purely muscle I lost. I will take some BF measurements later this week
Nutrition: Pretty much I been just eating generaly healthy food. Not really getting to much into counting the exact calories or breaking down macros but if I would have to guess I would say around 2500-3000 calories and Generaly I try and get in oatmeal and whole grain breads and fruits in the AM and towards the PM subsitute them for veggies like green beans and snowpeas and aspargus and stuff like that. For meat I been eating eggs, turkey, fish, and chicken. My family have decided to stop eating the supermarket beefs and tried to switch over to the free range meats but my wife didnt like the taste of the free range ground beef so we only get it once in a while and mostly stick with ground turkey, chicken, or fresh fish caught locally here.
Supplements: Umm not much really. I have a bunch in my dresser but I think ima just hold of on everything for now, since I havent been working out regularly I would imagine I should see great progress in the beginning just naturaly. If anything I will just be taking some creatine and glutimine. Oh and I will be taking yellow gold with my meals but I think thats about it for now
Workout: A buddy of mine gave me this eBook he bought and it seemed pretty good and he had some goos results with it so I will be trying to follow the workout in there, of course since I lift at home I will have to subsitute some moves but for the most part will be following the program outlined in the book.
Well thats enough talking, today is sunday (6/6) and I am about to hit the weights now for the first time in a looong time. Stay tuned...
