70 lbs
5 reps x 3 sets

preacher curl

65 lbs
4 reps x 4 sets

repeat the 30 lb dumbell curl process once more

bench 250 twice

drink 2 scoops of anabolic haylo

then ran about a half a mile went
home got a shower and ate a homeade salad
one and 1/2 bell pepper
about a half head of lettuce
one and 1/2 tomato
half onion
12 slices of thin sliced low fat turkey
low fat shredded yellow cheese 2 scoops

i usually barely finish this salad

later that night 2 scoops of nitrotech a good 4 hours before bed time maybe another salad like that a good hour before bed
