    First off, I have been roaming these boards for quite some time now and I finally will be starting my first log.

    ABOUT ME
    Age-23
    Weight-218
    Height-5'11
    BF%- honestly no idea but I am not fat/blubbed haha

    Current 1RM as of last week
    Squat-405lb
    Bench-335lb
    Deadlift-450lb

    GOALS
    For the first time in my life I am almost content with the way my body looks and the strides I have been making over this past year. For now I plan on solidifying my gains from now through summer. I really would like to get more shape to my rear delts and maybe even go for a six pack. Pretty happy with my 1RM's/body composition so hopefully over this next year I will continue to build on my gains.


    Current Supplements
    About to start PCT for an mdrol/19-nor cycle
    So starting monday...
    Toremifene
    120/90/60/30
    t-force 2-3 caps a day
    HGHup 5 at bed
    Maybe LeanFX start week 3

    ROUTINE
    M-Chest/tri

    W-Legs
    TH-Shoulders/traps
    F-Arms or day off(however I feel really)
    SA-Chest/Back supersets
    SU-Usually an off day but some times I do abs/core work

    2/13

    Chest/Back super sets

    BB Bench + BB Bent over rows

    Incline Flys + immediate 10 push up's + Lat Pulldowns
    x 3

    Pumps are ridiculous. This is by far my best/favorite PH cycle I have ever done.

    Got a question guys....

    I feel great right now, no real sides other then back pumps with this cycle. Tomorrow will be the last day of my 4th week. Are the gains on 19-nor really that much better in the 5th and 6th week?

    Should I go for another week guys?

    Also any body ever heard of Betancourt Nutrition Bullnox? Its some type of preWo product.

    2/14

    Since nobody could persuade me to continue my mdrol/19-nor cycle, I decided to end my cycle today at week 4 and begin PCT. Ended up gaining roughly between 18-22lbs and strength was amazing. Size was pretty decent but, I am way happier about all my lifts going up.

    As for my WO today, decided to work legs for the second time this week.

    Back squats
    5 sets 12/10/8/6/4

    Leg Press
    4 sets

    Hacks
    4 sets

    Romanian DL
    3 sets

    Leg extension super set with Calf raises
    3 sets

    Then did some ab work. Overall awesome work ou, had me wobblin out the door.

    If any one cares, i'll try n get some pics up so you guys know what i'm workin with over here.

    PCT question, Im runnin torem 4 weeks/t-booster(TNT2 by Advanced Natural Solutions-3 upon waking and 3 PM)/t-force 2-3 preWo and 2-3 before bed. Also suppress-c/leanFX.

    Should I start the cort control beginning of 2nd or 3rd week of PCT?

    So far so good. Strength is still awesome,feelin real energetic. I really like my new preWO(Bullnox by Betancourt Nutrition)

    Strong WO, strength is still improving. Felt like I couldve done more weight on my DL's, problem with my grip though. I picked up some lifting straps which helped a little bit. Maybe im just a ***** and need to get stronger forearms which I tend to neglect.

    Other then that, lovin this Bullnox sheeit. I strongly suggest picking some up if you can.

    Took two days off for the first time in a while. I feel really good. Body feels revived and ready to go.

As for my post cycle, this has been by far the easiest PCT I have ever run. I may have lost a few lb's but, my strength is still awesome. This is great so far.

    Didn't give my back much time to recover but, I felt good today and still strong. In a few weeks I will be switching up my routine to allow my joints/ligaments to catch up to all the growing my muscles have been doing.

    Any body got any suggestions for a new WO? Thinking just one muscle group a day, 5 days a week and take the weekends off? Whatyall think?

    Figures I go and get sick on my last week of PCT! Stupid immune system!

    I'll be starting up again come monday.

    Didn't lose to much strength/weight. Still right around 215-217ish so I cant complain. Will update tomorrow.
