Hey everybody just signed up a couple days ago and noticed all the good info people have put on others Logs so I decided to startmy own this way there is no turning back. Please be as critical and helpful as possible wanna make a really big change from 264lbs to 210lbs. So gonna get to it. This what My meals consist of 1 high colorie day, Mid and then low then it just cycles through.
High Calorie day
Meal 1 = 3 Egg Whites 2 Whole Eggs, 1 Cup oatmeal and 1 banana
Meal 2 = 1/2 can light tuna, 2 slices of wheat bread & 1 tbsp of fat-free mayo
Meal 3 = Chicken breast (6oz), 1 sweet potato, 1/2 can light syrup mixed fruit
Meal 4 = 8oz Fat-Free Yogurt
Meal 5 & 6 consist of 20g Whey Protein w/ banana pre-workout and 40g Whey protein with a bagel and 2 tbsp of jelly post-workout
Meal 7 = 6 oz chicken breast, 2 cups cooked spaghetti w/ 1/2 cup marinare sauce and 1 cup green beans
Meal 8 = Cassein Protein
About 3,244 Calories 280 Protein 450 Carbs 31 Fat.
But I don't know if this is good for what I'm trying to do which is lose weight. The workout consist of doing high amount of reps and the sets with as much weight as allowed.
Incline Bench Press
The Rest where with out weight and I did 6, 10, 12, 12
Close-Grip Bench Press
Lying Tricep Extension
30 minutes of cardio for my first week then next week i'm gonna kick it up to 45min for the rest of the month. Gonna go again today and i'll post the results of those workouts to. Forgot to mention what supp i got and If I should change or just stop using any of them. Taking N.O. Xplode, Whey Protein, Cassein and Sport Multi-V. Again any help is more then appreciate I thank you in advance.
