    Fatty 19-year-old...

    Made some progress, then just stopped being consistent. Time to get my sh!t together.

    I'll be cycling carbs. 100-gram low days, 150-gram medium days, and a 200-gram high day.

    I'm shooting for 1.25 grams of protein/ lb. of bodyweight.

    I'm currently using a multivitamin, Optimum's 100% Gold Standard, and caffeine. Trying to be less of a supplement-wh0re that I definately am.

    I've had good results (in terms of fat loss, and holding onto every ounce of muscle) with a "slow and steady wins the race" approach.

    On days where I lift, I do 30 minutes of cardio keeping my heartrate at about 130 BPM. On cardio-only days I do 30-45 minutes of more intense cardio.

    I'm doing a PUSH/ PULL/ LOWER program.

    Today it just seemed like I was fated to not have such a great workout...

    During my first set of flat bench, exTREME nausea set in. No idea why.

    First set of incline bench, I tweaked SOMETHING in my left elbow...

    Okay, that's it, nothing catostrophic, aside from strength being down a f*ckload.

    dude, don't worry about anyone else. just b/c no one responds doesn't mean people aren't reading/watching. keep a fire under your a## and get it done. keep the log to track your progress and after a bit, you will be able to look back and see how far you have come. just keep at it and make the change that you want. results will come but they will take hard work. post pics after two months and you'll have everyone's attention

    It's cool if nobody's responding, or even following along. I can't blame you guys. It's not the most interesting log.

    Diet today kind of sucked. Not that I ate badly, just not enough carbs (even for a low-carb day) and missed a meal. Son of a b*tch!

    Wow. I know it's been a while since I've updated, but I moved into my own place for the first time last weekend and sh*t's been crazy. The Internet - for instance - took a while to get hooked up, and then once I've got it, it's the damndest thing, I can't do anything that requires logging in. Still having this problem, I don't know why I even tried logging in again today, but it worked for AM anyway. I plan on picking the log back up tomorrow.

    Moving and work and other crap from life will always be getting in the way, don't let it get ya down

    You are never going to have time to work out, atleast I don't, you need to make the time. I sometimes cut out my little cat nap after school and before work, to do some HIIT or a 45 min workout in my room. You can still do pushups, crunches,pullups(Depends on your house I guess ^_^) and even running in place in your own home, without any gear.

    Just keep trying to get into the groove, and it will be easier and easier to kep it going.
