I have about 15 days to do my final cut and was wanting to try a 3 day low carb with a 1 day high carb load cycle does that sound good?
Example:
Mon, Tues, Wed. - low carb
Thurs. - High carb
Fri, Sat, Sun. - Low carb
Mon. - High carb
Tues, Wed, Thurs. - Low carb
....And that is basically it and it just go on and on for the 15 days. The high carb replenishes my glycogen stores and makes my body adjust to the changes and the low carb makes me use more fat for fuel than normally. Thx 4 the help.
