    i've changed my diet a bit to compensate for the army pt that I have to do three days a week, morehead rotc unavoidable
    i'm on day 12 of my t1 pro cycle

    non workout days meals look like this
    meal 1
    all bran 1 cup 110 cals
    1/2 cup milk 40 cals
    1 apple 50 cals
    meal 2
    2 cups oats(cooked)
    7 egg whites
    splenda
    meal 3
    2 cups yams
    8 egg whites
    meal 4
    2 cups yams
    myoplex(i got a deal on em and just using em up)
    meal 5
    can of tuna
    salad
    meal 6
    can of tuna
    salad
    meal 7 before bed
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 tbsp natty p.b.
    2750 cals, 35 grams fat, 280 carbs, 275 pro(approx within 10 grams)

    workout days
    meal one
    2 cups oats
    7 egg whites
    meal two
    2 cups oats
    7 egg whites
    meal three(2 hour pre workout)
    2 cups yams
    myoplex
    meal four(post)
    2 scoops whey
    30-40 grams high glycemic carbs
    meal five
    all bran 1 cup
    1/2 cup milk
    meal six
    can tuna
    salad
    meal seven
    can tuna
    salad
    meal eight
    cottage cheese
    2 tbspn natty p.b.
    2750 cals, 47 fat, 270 carbs, 280 protein(approx) within 10 grams
