If it were me I would eat every day like your cardio days m-f, then eat the first type diet only on saturday and sunday. This will help keep your body guessing but you will have longer periods of reduced carb to burn more fat. Just my 2 cents

First glance says too low on cals, especially on cardio days. Also you need more fat it looks too low to me. Personally i also feel its detrimental to your sports goals to be trying to cut during a season. I would not cut until season is over. Also i see a severe lack of veggies in there..

i will increase the fruits and veggies, we average around 3 games a week i would lift after those games to because i need the recovery time, at least a day, practice is not demanding its just balancing out the diet intake ratio, between building lean mass and cutting weight

Remember that you are also still very young, your body has yet to go through many physical changes. You will fill out naturally over time so don't think your body is done doing it's thing.

Totally agree. I definately missed the lack of fat in the diet. And you can always add more veggies! yum! Also agree that cutting during season is not a good idea. Reps.
