I have had great results since fixing my diet and work out schedule. I am also going to upgrade my pills.

Leviathan Reloaded, Incarnate, DCP, Seasamin, Fish oil, bcaa's, Egcg(green tea).

Does this sound good? Am I over doing or underdoing some aspects? Will be doing 4-5 days fasted w/bcaa hit sessions. Weights 3-4 times weekly with Hiit sessions after 50% of the time.

Is it okay to drink caffinated drinks while on these?

The leviathan has some caffeine in it already, so I probably wouldn't try to add in too much more - depends on your tolerance.

If you are doing fasted cardio sessions, try not to make them TOO hard.

My HIIT cardio heart rate is 130 base and 160-165 at the top. These are safe zones right?
