    Yet Another Protein Question

Is there a way of knowing whether proteins are complete or incomplete? Maybe a website I can look at that tells me and explains this to me?

rule of thumb.. if it is animal protein, ie comes from animal or animal product, usually complete. Plant proteins are usually incomplete.. now if do alittle search using complete protein and incomplete protein on www.dogpile.com or use the search engine at the bottom of the page.
