    Good starting cardio

I was doing cardio for awhile, but then felt I was losing too much muscle. Well, I'm gonna start it up again, and was curious as to what would be a good place to start (i.e 3x a week at 15 min.)?

depends too on what type of cardio at what intensity. But to get aerobic value I think that would work. try and keep heart rate relatively low (under 130) to help avoid muscle burn

Sounds good. I think I'll start at that and adjust if needed. Thanks.
