I was thinking of starting a cycle of Super One+ and I wanted to know if someone could make a good builking diet plan for me. I want to take in around 3500-4000 calories a day. I'm 6"0 170 and want to put on another 15 lbs or so.
Now, don't take this the wrong way... there should be sufficient information around, especially on this site, for you to be able to get the foundations of what you should and shouldn't be doing for a bulking diet, so I would say read a little more, fashion one yourself and come back with it... many people would be more than happy to take a look and make some tweaking suggestions, but dare I say this isn't really the place to jump in and say "hey, tell me everything to do" .
