Any interest in a GW/Clen log from Woman?

  1. Iíve upped my Clen dosage to 120 mcg and cardio is now at 75 mins. Just a few weeks to go, thank goodness!!

    Iíll drop carbs the week before the show before carving up the night before. Iím surprised he hasnít pulled my high carb day yet but Iím not complaining!

    I find GW helps with with putting carbs into muscles. I'm on week 4 now and have started to notice my calves swelling in the last few days.

    Nice! I also use a GDA on my high days to give me that extra pump.

    I haven't tried GDAs yet, I'll wait till I'm off anything but they do sound interesting.

  12. Holy crap! Increased Clen to 100 and the foot cramps are real!! Took extra taurine and that helped. Iím now leaner than I was at the same stage in my last prep so I couldnít be more happy with my progress. Nothing has changed food wise and since today is my high carb day, Iím fat and happy

    Haha, yeah the foot cramps were fcuking ridiculous on clen, I never knew whether to laugh or cry with them. Potassium also seemed to help....

    Awesome progress btw - just finish prep strong now

  15. Please next time...BEFORE pictures or maybe you felt too fat?

    Just took first dose clen(can't get ephedrine) and woah...have before but don't care for 48 hour half-life.....but leveling out now

    Also GW505015 too......like it so far....should go real good with clen

    Maybe you will see some strength gain now.....

    By the time I started Clen I was already deep into prep. I started prep at maybe 12 lbs over stage weight which isnít awful after ďbulkingĒ for so long. I havenít felt any strength gains but thatís not unusual given my low calorie intake and high cardio time. Name:  IMG_7753.JPG

  17. Look "tanner" there...better.... vascularity is unreal....good....12lbs might not seem much but if were talking 125lbs. total body weight then it's a lot.....
    Clen is anabolic through mechanisms not fully understood without androgenic sides....not strong anabolic...more like primobolan(methenolone)...fat loss comes first though...then some strength.....

    Are you on anything to make your vascularity pop in that pic?

    You might be right about the clen and your diet.
    After your off for a while try clen again, at 80mcg it should give you strength straight away.

    I will definitely try Clen again after a break. I seem to adapt really easily so Iím looking forward to starting over with it.

    I donít take anything (that Iím aware of) for vascularity. I think itís mostly because Iím old and have thinner skin - LOL!!

    Clen is definitely a great compound, mutli-use really.
    That's really cool to be your natural vascularity, I have heard S4 can be used by woman but you would want to do your research first to be sure.
    And if I remember correct, your only a couple of years older than me, that's not old, it's inspirational.
