Hi guys. Im currently running a T3 cutting cycle, 50mcg ed no AAS.
Im into day 3 now but i dont notice the increased body temp. My T3 is not bunk as i got it from a pharmacy, the brand is unipharma, so its legit.
Should i ramp up the dosage to 75mcg or does it need time to kick in?
Im hesitating to go to 75mcg because of the inevitable high muscle loss because im not on AAS

I never had any effect on t3 at anything below 75mcg. Going up to 100, made no difference except having trouble sleeping. For me, the most effective dosage is 75mcg t3 and 175mcg t4. No idea why the two work together so well for me, maybe someone can shed some light.

Now I'm, going to get ripped apart on this next statement, but this works for me. I take mine at night before going to bed. I was always advised this by the guys at my gym who compete. I know the philosophy now is first thing in the morning, but for some reason I always got better results at night. One theory given to me, is that naturally your metabolism will be higher during waking hours, through work, training, generally moving around etc. At night the T3 gives your metab a boost when it would normally be quite low. As I said, this is what I've heard, this is what works for me, but I know guys also get great results on 50mcg a day first thing in the morning.

I might try this as well too. Ill start the 75mcg tomorrow and see how it goes. If i do not notice any effects I'll try taking my dosage at night.
Thanks for the advice!

You guys are a joke. I have thyroid issues and I'm on 15mcg cytomel+100mcg T4 (max my body can handle without going into hyperthyroid symptoms,...rapid heart rate, insomina, muscle aches, etc). (hypo here). My endo specialist did 4 weeks blood test each time the dosage increased (and it was a slow gradual increase over 4 months).

T3 is no shyte ...taking high dosage and without the right tapering off, you gonna totally fack up your thyroid for good. Keep in mind both T4/T3 takes a while to fully absorb in your system so don't try to simply OD yourself thinking your body can handle it. These work a whole lot differently than your typical Clen/ECA stuff.

I'd rather do Clen/ECA than fack up with thyroids meds. Pick your poison wisely, like they say.

You are the perfect example of why we habe patients and why we have doctors.

T3 doses as high as 200 mcg have been used clinically...for depression, not thyroid issues. They don't usually use steroids in these cases. I AM NOT recommending the use of T3 at these doses (or at all) especially without the proper medical oversight. But I am also not gonna say it doesn't happen all the time with consequences that are much less than .pat would expect.

Plus, you are probably on Pfizer Cytomel which has a bit more kick supposedly than most other brands.
