Ive been getting my keto on for 3 weeks now and seeing good things. Am I wrong to believe I need to cheat once a week so my body's way of processing food gets thrown for a loop and when I get back on track tomorrow my body will kick back into fat burning mode? And when cheating on keto should I go carb crazy with fats low or do I kick carbs up a notch for 1 meal and keep fats high still (cause if so my calories are gonna be like a mass gainer, right?) All help is appreciated!!!! Thanks guys.
