Hey guys,

Really getting serious about cutting the next 2 months, and I want to be able to weigh myself first thing in the morning for reference. Does anybody have a recommendation on a good quality and accurate scale that is affordable?

Thanks in advance!

I bought a really good one from a charity / thrift store for £3. Had to boast.

I just went to walmart and picked up mine and it has lasted for a long time. I'm sure you can find one on amazon for cheap as well.

As long as you use the same scale every time, any should work fine

I've never found a scale with bf% accurate. I had a really expensive one that had me at 30% while I was probably in single digits 2 weeks before a boxing match with a full 6pack
