Background: currently 203 @ 17.5% BF. Came off LGD + Trest 10 week cycle. Was off for about 2 months now. Held onto just about all of the lean mass gains. Gained about 10 lbs LBM off it. Now I am transitioning to cut, to try and get down to 10% ish body fat. I expect that would be somewhere in neighborhood of 185 to 190 lbs. So about 15 to 20 pounds of fat. Start I am not taking any supps. Other than standard stuff. Creatine, zma, fish and cla oil. Doing a bodybuilder/power lifter hybrid style program by Amir Sapir. "Simple No Machines Workout".
Saturday- 3 powerlifting week 1
5x5, week 2 5x3, week 3 5x1 week 4 back off powerlifting.

Sunday light shoulder and tri

Monday back and bi

Tue off

Wed speed work DL and squat

Thur speed and assistance for bench

The diet is basically low carb, 65g or less moderate fat high protein.

This morning weighed in at 199 so I dropped 4 lbs of glycogen. Which is scaring me into going carbless... Considering bastardizing this diet a bit... Reading a bit on why no carbs is bad idea... Thoughts?

If you are going to go that low carb, why not just do keto? It's shown to be more muscle sparing while on a calorie deficit.

Otherwise, I'd just suggest doing carb cycling. I cut 40lb and 3 months and my lifts actually still improved, all on a keto diet eating less than 30g net carbs a day.

Yeah. I am still gonna log this but I'm gonna be eating lower carb. Not keto like. And I'm breaking from this diet so I think it be best if I restart a thread end this one.

Sorry guys. I don't want to bastardize the Cut Diet, and have log named Cut Diet. Going to restart my diet log under a different thread since I'm adding carbs to this. I'm sorry any who subbed....
