I am just getting ready to turn 50 and have noticed in the last 4-5 months my mid section is really bloated. I have put on 6 pounds and 3% increase in body fat I eat clean...caloric intake 1350...macros are 50P/30F/20C...workout 6 days a week and CANNOT get rid of my belly. Stopped at Nutrishop and they recommended Karbolyn...I have had a little more energy at the gym but cannot fathom taking a full scoop at 200 calories and 50 grams carbs. I cannot stand this any longer...any advice to shred this weight and decrease my bf% would be appreciated.
I do have a cheat meal on Saturday evening which includes a few drinks (2-3).
