So Bloodshed raw my olympus sounds very promising. Do any of you have any personal experience with it? You never really know what reviews are fake or not. Also, can you stack it with anything while going cardio and resistance training?

Nope. Olympus labs & Olympus labs U.K. Are both legit. Usually hormonals are found at UK but they are the only ones with Sup3r shred & Sup3r 7. Merry50 is the coupon code that will get you 50% off at both OL sites, merry50 applied in checkout

Looks like I'll have to order sup3r 7 from the uk and bloodshr3d from the us. Unless bloodshr3d and sup3r shr3d are the same thing.

Not the same at all. Sup3r shr3d is also new, but seems to be promising. Like I said, I'd put all of my trust in OL with new products. I actually placed an order at both places for this sale. Sup3r 7 & Sup3r shr3d from OL uk and bloodshr3d was included in my other OL order.

Welcome and good luck! I started out closer to 260 and am down to 220 now.
The main thing is focus and discipline. All the time and money you use should be looked at as an investment into yourself, helping you lose weight, live longer, get stronger, etc.
A lot of good stuff on YouTube and other places as well.

Way, way too big
I didn't read all the posts but skip the gear lose the fear.
I was at 295, 40" waist 35% BF and couldn't do 3 real push-ups 1.5 years ago.
Start eating right. Get some kind of exercise in. The kind you enjoy and change it up.
This is a life changing decision. Treat it that way.
When your numbers come down you will feel better
When I was able to jog and run again it was incredible!
Sitting at 213.5 %19-20 BF and 34" waist.
Stick around and you will learn and receive great advice. Support is one thing that keeps me here. There are some amazing people here with vast knowledge.
You can do it!

I would not dive into SARMS or anything hormonal until you get your body fat down and until you can follow a structured diet and training plan consistently. I would not even get into any supplements, except for the staples, until you have that down as well.
For your staples, look at:
Creatine - PowerMax XT
Fish Oil - Oxi-Omega
Multi - Orange Triad
Protein - PES Select
Give these articles a read concerning your diet:
For training read this:
Once your body fat is down and you have made training and dieting a part of your routine, look into fat burners. You can lose a decent amount of fat without them now. I would suggest OxyMax XT. Not only is it a potent thermogenic, but it also contains ingredients to boost one's mood, which can go down during a cutting phase. Additionally, it is great at reducing hunger.

I echo many of the comments already in this thread, with a couple little additions.
First, I was in your shoes a while back. 6'2", 275#. I did Power90, the easy version of P90X. Now they came out with P90 which is a more current version of Power90. Some guys on here may look down on it, but it was a game changer for me. The nutrition guide and DVD workouts leave nothing to chance. It all works if you follow the plan. After doing it, I had the basic knowledge and science to build on. Before that, I had no clue what I was doing. Just thought sweat enough on the treadmill and I'll lose the fat. There is more to it than that...
So yeah, I highly recommend checking out P90. It's like $70, requires no gym membership and takes 90 days. I personally went from 275 to 179 on Power90 and P90X, so I know they work.
Secondly, when the fat loss slows down, I'd recommend checking into a safe fat burner. I really like MST Shred Ultra, because it doesn't leave you jittery or weird feeling and it's inexpensive too. But there are plenty of other good options already in here on that front. Just keep in mind that you don't need anything for fat loss out of the gate it comes off plenty fast on its own at first!

Sorry but for the general concern of weight loss these are my thoughts on a post. Pre workout for creatine is stupid, fish oil is FN calories, multi doesn't effect your weight unless it contains DNP, protein is the most important macro due to thermogenic effect it you don't need liquid calories. He is looking for weight loss, not muscle retention, c/mon.

A healthy amount of weight to lose is about 1-3 % of your body weight a week. It's hard to look at such small Amounts of weight loss per week and be satisfied with that considering the constant ambush of extreme weight loss programs that surround us in the media.
I'm currently leaning out and losing weight faster than some people might advise and I lose about .5-1 lb per week and my daily avg calorie intake is about 1400 with 2400 calorie re feed days. You are 5'10 and male vs I'm 5'6. And female.
It's awesome that you are starting and everyone is rooting for you and want to help. Keep your chin up and push on. You can do it .

Am I the only one thinking it's weird to recommend sarms and phs to someone who was looking for a cardio routine?
01-03-2017, 08:43 PM
Since the 1st I've lost 5 pounds from calorie deficit alone.
258lbs down to 253lbs. I'm thinking of starting a thread on my progress for all of the people who gave me advice and coached me on.
