Just for ****s and giggles I'm curious if anyone would be able to estimate a possible bf% just off a few measurements.... I'm going to buy a caliper but in the meantime... I just wanna see what people think.
6'2"
220lbs
Waist (below navel above hips) 33"
Stomach at thickest 36"
Arms cold and flexed 17"
Forearms 14"
Quads at thickest 28"
Calf at thickest 17"
Wrists smallest 7.5"
Ankle smallest 7.5"

posting a picture would be more accurate. you also didn't list the size of your neck, also, what's your waist at the navel level?

33 inches for being 220 is really good though lol. mirin

I can't post pictures just yet, I'll measure my neck tonight didn't think about that lol the picture of my avatar is an actual picture just a kind of reference

Wrist is 6.75" not 7.5
