What does your girl actually need? Appetite suppression or something to accelerate fat burning? Or both? Cause Ignit3 will suppress appetite and free up fat mass... another option would be Follidrone 2. Great nutrient partitioner/glucose disposal agent that will also give her a lil more energy to exercise
